How far in advance do I need to reserve party equipment?

We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.

What forms of payment are accepted?

To secure the date, we require a 25% deposit of invoice via Zelle. The remaining balance is due the week prior to the event, payable through Zelle or in cash on the event day (prior to setting up), unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

If paying by cash, please have the exact amount during the time of final payment as our delivery crew does not carry cash.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be applied to rescheduled events.

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve equipment.

What is the length of time for which rentals are available?

All rentals are up to 6 hours excluding setup time. The latest time for equipment drop-off is 3:00PM and pickup is 9:00 PM. We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors.

Please note: NO setups on dirt or gravel will be permitted under any circumstances. Please plan accordingly.

Please measure the area where you want your playground placed to ensure you have enough space.

Is Deposit Refundable?

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be applied to rescheduled events.

At what time do you initiate setup?

We setup and breakdown the equipment for each event. We setup at least one hour prior to the start of event, the timing can change based on the size of the set. After we complete the setup of the play area, we leave, and the client assumes responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred to our equipment.

Before the play area setup, the client must complete a liability form. A cleaning fee of $50 or more will be charged if the equipment is excessively dirty. The equipment must be cleared at the scheduled pickup time.

Please note: Once the equipment is set up, relocation or movement to another location is not possible. Additional charges will be incurred if the equipment needs to be relocated.

Can rental equipment be rescheduled?

Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of one week's notice prior to the event. However, the rescheduled event must occur within six months, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited; unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

What occurs in the event of bad weather?

For outdoor events, we hold the right to cancel the setup if the weather conditions pose a safety risk. However, we will communicate with the client to consider alternative options. If alternative arrangements are not possible, we will reschedule the setup date.

What if equipment is damaged or lost during my rental period?

You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period.

Are there any rules for Little Bears Soft Plays rentals?

Yes, we ask that you observe these rules:

Parents must remain present and supervise toddlers.
No Shoes. Socks are required.
No Food, snacks, candy in play area.
No paint, slime or sharp objects.
All balls must stay in ball pit, all soft play is to stay in play area.

*An extra cleaning fee may apply if rules are not followed*.

Are you capable of creating any theme?

Absolutely! We're here to assist you in crafting a play area or ball pit that perfectly aligns with the theme of your event.

Is the liability waiver necessary?

Yes, the signed waiver will be required to be signed and submitted via email before your scheduled event.
